We will stop before the show for a buffet lunch at Hershey Farms Restaurant. Flyers with all details are in the narthex, along with a sign-up sheet. Any questions please see Keenan Hudson.

CHURCH DIRECTORY – Have you submitted your picture yet to Cindy’s email address or handed her a picture? We would like to wrap up the plans for our new directory.  We can still take your picture, see Cindy Saylor to schedule. If you have one you want to use, please give it to Cindy (pictures will be returned) or send it electronically to [email protected]. If you haven’t already done so, please fill in your contact information on the sheets in the narthex. This is a great project and will be very helpful and useful when it is completed. Thanks for participating. Contact: Cindy Saylor.

FINANCIAL NEWS – There have been some unexcepted expenses. One of the heat pumps had to be replaced & another needed repairs. The new heat pump also needed some repairs, parts were warrantied, but not the labor. The cost of the replacement and repairs are over $15,000. Any additional donations to help cover these expenses are much appreciated. Mark your donation: HEAT PUMP. Thanks!

SAFE SANCTUARY TRAINING – If you missed the training, please attend the next one on Monday, June 22 @ 5PM. In order to work at VBS you must be trained. Questions see Jill Redmond.

Ongoing Efforts

COFFEE & CHAT – Sign-up sheet on the door to the communion room, to supply some goodies. It does not need to be elaborate,
just something simple. This is a great fellowship ministry.
Reminder – if you sign up to make coffee, please designate someone to clean up and to make sure coffee pots are unplugged. Thanks!

BRING YOUR CAN TO CHURCH – Or box or plastic jar-of food!
Let’s keep the grocery cart full with our donations for Carroll County Food Sunday. Thanks for reaching out to our neighbors in need.

AMERICAN FLAGS – Have an American Flag to be discarded? Leave it in the church office. Carroll Hospice collects them for the “Stars for our Troops” program.

♿HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT – Deer Park Lions Club loans wheelchairs, walkers, crutches canes & commodes, free of charge. Contact Deer Park Lion Ron @ 410-549-1095.

PRAYER CHAIN – A prayer chain starts when a person shares a prayer need, the request is then passed along to the group to pray over. If interested in joining the group, please see Shirley Miller.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY – A “ONE CALL NOW” message will be sent by 7:00AM Sunday morning, if worship services are cancelled or changed. You can also check the church phone 410-848-2313 for an updated message.

ONE CALL NOW – This system is used to send out prayer requests & church information. If you want to be added contact Cindy Saylor.

VIDEO CAMERA TRAINING –We need people to operate the cameras for videoing of both services. If you have an interest in helping, please see Keenan.

GIVING/OFFERING ENVELOPES – To request envelopes see Ruth Horner. Envelopes are mailed bi-monthly. Thanks for your support.
