Announcements
THANK YOU – To everyone that showed up yesterday to help decorate the Sanctuary and church to get ready for the Advent season. We really appreciate your help. Cindy Saylor
GIRL SCOUT NEED – Teagan Strong & her fellow cadet Girl Scout, Allison Klapstein, are collecting new & gently used children’s books for their silver award. They are working to build a bookcase for the lobby at Shepherd’s Staff & a little free library for Brian Safe Haven with the goal to increase the availability of literary resources to those in the community with less. Their research has found that those already struggling are less likely to use free resources like the library & with less access to books, the literacy rate (& opportunities for the future) are less. Please consider bringing in books for preschool & elementary aged children to the donation box in the narthex. Thanks!
